Keypads allow for codes to readily available to anyone.  By using Biometrics only the actual person that is enrolled is approved.  These readers have a False rejection rate of less than 0.5% therefore they offer very high reliability.  Biometric readers are available as standalone units for small networks with RS-485 and TCP-IP for larger networks allowing for remote enrolment. 

Bluetooth

Bluetooth as a modern communication medium is increasingly becoming omnipresent with the ever greater use of mobile phones and in the automotive industry.  Bluetooth now offers this contact-free technology as the idea medium for opening doors.  Bluetooth supports the customary Bluetooth connections and can thus be used immediately with many mobile phone models.

Stainless Keypad

A successful and elegant design is not the only priority for the new product line, but new standards have also been set in the use of materials. The robust stainless steel keyboard, circuit board and control unit (optical relay) are integrated in a metal housing (cast and waterproof ) and are ideally suited to outdoor use regardless of the weather conditions.

Remote Infrastructure Management using TCP-IP

Using the latest IS2600 Controllers these Biometric Fingerprint readers can be access and configured via the internet using a Web Browser.  This allows for users to view the current state of their security network from anywhere  where internet is available.  These devices communicate using TCP-IP (Ethernet) and enable full network automation and integration of lighting, power and other infrastructure  systems.  Controllers can connect to fiber optic networks for long distance communications.
